How long is a licence for?
Licences are for 12 months and renewable on an annual basis. We will contact you in advance of your expiry date in order to facilitate renewal.
How many users are included on one license?
Our standard licence is for up to 500 users.
What if I want more users than are included on a standard licence?
We can always accommodate more users. Please contact us to discuss an enhanced licence.
How much storage is available on a standard licence?
Our standard licence includes up to 2gb of storage.
Can I upgrade to get more storage?
Yes, no problem at all. Please contact us to discuss purchasing an enhanced licence.
Can I share my login details with anyone else?
Your login details are personal to you, either as an administrator or a user. They link directly to your profile. In order to protect your administration or learning journey, your login details should not be shared with any other user.
Can I upload my own documents?
Yes absolutely! In addition to being a great employee learning platform, ILO is designed to be a central location for all your operational documents and files.
What file formats can I upload?
We are constantly increasing the range of file formate iLO will accept, but we think we’ve already got most of them covered. Currently iLO will accept: .doc .docx .pdf .ppt .pptx .xls .xlsx .mp4 .mov .jpeg .jpg .png .gif .csv .swf .mp3 .avi .wmv .flv .ogg .webm .wav
